Refund policy

C'estMartine is not responsible for lost, stolen or re-routed shipments, PLEASE make sure your address is correct on your paypal account and on our website.  Once your order ships, C'estMartine is not responsible for package delays or lost packages.  Any orders that are returned to us due to the fact that the incorrect shipping address was wrong will incur additional shipping charges TO RESHIP.
